RUBIKON (Rubicon)
First performance: 19th of March 1995.
River, border and geometry are the three ‘dimensions’ of the word
Rubicon. Three dimensions of mankind, three dimensions of the world.
Their union (junction) puzzles us: the border between perfect order and
the chaos of numerous coincidences, the line between black or white and
grey, the line between the world which we can describe in words and
numbers and the world where there is only silence. It is a poetical,
picturesque story of human life in eleven pictures:
-
Cleansing
-
Liberation
-
Strength
-
Duration
-
War
-
Power
-
Deformation
-
Logic – victim
-
Warmth
-
Birth

NOVA
First performance: 18th of December 1995
The show is based on Verdi’s opera Nabucco. Novas are
‘cataclysmic’ stars. The star on the sky is always new. It changes its
shine in a period of just few days. |

NULA
(Zero)
First performance: 31st of October 1996
Nula
represents a part of the process of searching. Its theme is man confined
within boundaries of Space and Time. Human body and human existence are
minimal prerequisites for the reality of Space and Time which leads to
human body being transformed into space as its integral part. Nula
is just a part of the process. One step; one attempt to stop the
time. An attempt to think in ‘an other’ way. |

InterNetWork
First performance: 19th of April 1997
The show brings mutual (inter) complex (net) actions (work) of actors
into the world of chairs and tables (the objects amongst which man
spends most of his life time). Through those actions inner states of men
are being materialized. Chairs and tables are transformed into a
bridge between the individuals, into a transmitter of comprehensions.
Artificial (inanimate) way of transmitting information (internet)
destroys the subtlety and warmth of communication providing at the same
time enormous quantity of data daily. Communication being stretched
between two extremes, creates a lot of fear: fear of not belonging, fear
of losing the race, fear of disappearing, fear of not understanding,
fear of alienation… |

D E
– Motion(s)
First performance: 13th of December 1997
What are emotions? How fragile or solid they are? Through glass
installations and structures filled with water and their relation to
(inner) work and motion of the actors, performance is trying to reach
the hidden, dark states of being, the inner motions of the soul. It
explores their passage through our awareness, how they appear, reflect,
break and disappear into the world, transformed and changed. The control
of the self and the understanding of different experiences of the same
situation are some of the motifs explored in this context. |

ASPECTS OF ALICE
First performance: April 1998
The
show is inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Simplicity with its three
dimensions has the forth dimension as a consequence. Key words are:
aspects, visions, ways of seeing.
The choice of music is arbitrary. Two CDs offer thirty
compositions whose order of appearance is chosen randomly by a CD player
and two compositions are played simultaneously throughout the show. |

KATARINA NA TRAVI (Catarina on the grass)
First performance: 15th of October 1998
The
performance is based on the life of Catarina de Medici, an Italian
who became a queen and mother of three kings, cheated and unloved wife
and a woman who ruled the 16th century French full of
conspiracy, fights for position or religion, torture and persecutions of
the heretics. The show is also considering different interpretations by
different historians. Is history just an illusion?

performance is a fractal of the original one.
